Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

At No Limits Aviation Group, we understand that plans can change. This policy helps protect both our customers and our flight operations while maintaining fairness and flexibility.

Deposits & Booking Confirmation

All aerial tours require a deposit to secure your reservation. Your deposit confirms your scheduled flight date and time and reserves aircraft and pilot availability.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations requests made before the 48 hours of the scheduled booking are eligible for a deposit refund, along with being eligible to reschedule the tour, based on availability. 

Cancellations After 48 Hours of Booking

If a tour is canceled 48 hours within the scheduled booking time, the deposit is non-refundable and no funds will be returned, regardless of how far away the tour date is. Funds can be credited, if a date change is requested.

Late Arrival / Short-Notice Rescheduling Policy

Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid delays for others, and full service fees may still apply. Requests to delay or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time are subject to a late fee.

Rescheduling / Date Change

Date changes may be requested up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date.

All rescheduled flights are subject to availability.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe for flight operations:

Your tour will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

If a second weather delay/cancellation occurs, you will have the option to receive a refund of your deposit/payment.

Aircraft Maintenance Cancellations

If a tour is canceled due to aircraft maintenance or mechanical issues:

• You may choose to reschedule your tour at no additional cost, or
• Request a full refund of your deposit/payment.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at your scheduled time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. Late arrivals may result in cancellation or reduced flight time due to scheduling limitations.

Policy Agreement

By booking an aerial tour with No Limits Aviation Group, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policy listed above.
